Yep, all the camera sellers are offering this because it's from Sony. Unfortunately, the vender you've chosen to post sucks. They used to be good, now bait & switch garbage. Go to B&H or Adorama.

I've had Nikon and Sony cameras, mostly Sony. The reason I like Sony is that I've NEVER HAD TO USE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

$300 bonus, you still get whatever trade-in you would get without the bonus. It's a good bet that you would be better off on eBay, even with the fees, than trading in your equipment to these guys.

I've had no problems with them and reseller ratings gives them a 9.55/10. But it's ok if people don't buy from here, it'll just mean I'll keep getting my hands on all the hard to find stuff. Got the Tamron 28–75 FE from them within a few days of purchase and even tested it for centering issues and distortion; perfect.

Sony cameras are trash. Had to deal with proprietary junk and the customer support is terrible. Canon or Nikon.... don't waste money anywhere else.... mainly on customer service alone.

I'm a Canon guy...as are many of my pro photographer friends... A few are Nikon people....and they take.some amazing shots.

Avoid Focus Camera! I received an used cam! I got replacement after 5 emails, but it was even more used one!!!!! Battery was trash dirty, camera had scratches, and the shutter count was over 600. I just got refund after 2 tries. Waste of 4 weeks and lot of stress

Customers complaints on Sony state differently. 16-50mm stop zooming or is no longer recognized by camera. "Camera Error" message shows up. Camera stops working after just a month of use. A lot of overheating issues w video. Worse yet, a lot complains about A7r III being bricked after a firmware update failed. Now that would really tick me off.

I can only relate my personal experience. I've never had a single problem with a Sony camera or lens. The problem with reading about problems on the internet is that you can't tell if the lens was dropped, or the guy doing the firmware update screwed it up.

When multiple complaints arise of lens breaking or no longer recognized, or camera stopped working, then that's not a user error.
