I use both. I don't know why but I only use rechargeables on things that I use often and have to change them out consistently. Things like my TV remotes and things that can use the same batteries for years I put these disposables in. These are also great for Xmas gifts.

Isn't it cheaper just to purchase rechargeable batteries? Correct me if I'm wrong.
Rechargeable batteries have a certain life after which they are not able to hold charge well. For such small batteries it is generally 4-5 months before you start noticing a substantial degradation in their ability to hold charge.

Some things do better with regular batteries. In fact, most of my trail cams specifically state NOT to use rechargables.

How do these compare to the Costco or Duracell aa? The Costco ones don't seem to last as long as the Duracell but hard to confirm. I go thru 4 every few weeks because of the simplisafe keypad. Anyone know of a solution to use 18650 or something to match the voltage of the 4 aa?

These are good. Decent for remotes / casual Xbox gaming. And a 1 year old. Lol

Bought these a few days ago for a different price. Is it possible to get a price adjustment?
