This is a good bass flick, but boy is the movie really long, drawn out and dull 90% of the time.

Ya this movie was way too long and drawn out. In my opinion, not worth more than a $10 Black Friday Blu-Ray.

Loved this movie. I realize the "slow-burn" style isn't for most - I didn't think it was long/drawn out/boring at all.

Loved it myself and only posted because the 3D disc ended up selling out quick initially and is not on "sale" often.

Can anyone comment on the 3D vs. 4K for this one? Haven't seen it yet but am betting the 3D is pretty spectacular?

I guess it's just one of those things where some people like it some hate it. It was my favorite movie the year it came out and I really didn't care for the first one. I think it's more worthwhile for set-ups that take advantage of it - ie have a really good TV / Projector and sound system.

I have both and frankly the sound is better on the 4K because of Atmos but I prefer the video of the 3D better so I would slightly choose 3D over the 4K. Get the 4K on black Friday as well.

Yup, arguably the best movie of the year. The cinematography, music, and the twist were all excellent. Denis is my new favorite director.
