Basically identical to the WD Blue 3D.
These use Toshiba's 64 layer BiCS 3D TLC NAND. Should be super durable.
5 year warranty.
I can't find it but the TBW rating should have gone up since they extended the warranty from 3 to 5 years.
These, along with the WD were Tom's 2.5" SSD of the year last year, but that was right before the 860 Evo was released.
Benchmarks don't quite match the 860, but you're never going to notice a difference.

LOL, really? This is sold either by your choice of; the largest marketplace in the world (Amazon), OR you can choose to get it from one of the largest computer part companies in the world (newegg). What are you missing?

all time low on CCC. Been looking for an SSD to connect to my macbook using the Sabrent USB 3.0 to SSD 2.5-Inch SATA Hard Drive Adapter from a previous FP deal.

I am new to this, curious if ya'll have an opinion on this SDD being a good deal and the one to connect with the adapter.

Really disappointed NE now charges sales tax for WA...Rakuten is holding back on applying sales tax, but they seem like a squealer to me.

Missed the Crucial MX500 deal for $10 cheaper. Is this a better product?

Washington has a "use tax" law that requires you to submit missed sales tax yourself. Rakuten will send a record to the state government with your name and purchase on it.

Lets start here. Question, why waste a good drive using it externally?

It looks good right now, the quality is OK for this price, but not sure if it will work long hours
