These things are beasts on performance. Keep ice for 5-7 days and built tough. Great for camping, boating, off road, parties, etc.

Looks like a decent cooler from all of the comparisons with Yeti, Orca, Pelican, Lifetime, etc. Don't believe the ice claims though. Just went camping with a Yeti of the same size, and with minimal opening of the cooler, ice was gone by day 3. Food was still cold for four days in 90 degree heat though.

Good price for this size as well.

Hell yeah, been waiting for a month, after the Best Buy Otterbox fiasco.

OP, maybe add free shipping to the title, get some more traffic Wink

Add-on carts available. Check you tube for mods too. But yeah, these things are heavy when loaded with ice, drinks, etc.

Pre-cool. Add .75 Lbs of ice for every quart of cooler size and use a fairly large cooler size (50 quart at least). Use big ice blocks like frozen gallon jugs and pack cube or crushed ice between them. Add some cut foam camping pad to separate frozen stuff from non frozen and even one on top of everything. Minimize empty air space in cooler and opening and closing cooler excessively. Dont drain the water that results from ice melt. This advice and your $30 Coleman Xtreme will keep ice for 5 days. Its mostly about cooler management i have learned. These fancy $200-300 coolers might get you an extra day of ice on the tail end but if you dont know how to make your ice last in a cheapy coleman you are sort of wasting your money on these. That and you now have to worry about someone stealing your cooler which you never worried about before with your cheapy.
