More taxes in my area for over 100 sq ft. 12 x 8 would've been nice

You could just put a covering over it and use the OSB as sub floor

This is the correct shed on sale.

The one in the OPs post is not, is also a different product number.

A saw should be able to make it 8x12' without too much work.

Was at costco and saw the guy putting this together. Needless to say he looked frustrated.

Last Sunday i went to Costco and booked a 8X12 wood shed ( yardline "waterford" ) for $2000+ taxes . That one includes installation and shingles as well. The similar sized 10X12 was $3000.
But This one is bigger in size, has more windows and looks better and still dont need a permit atleast in and around my area and priced at $1600.
Many people believe in self installation to save money. Otherwise I would consider hiring local professional or going to talk to a handyman to put this thing up for me . My assumption is installation+shingles+material should be within $400-$700. Self installation would be parts only cost ~$300. This deal is user specific so think about it.
