I didn't have luck with Best Buy when they had the $500 gift card for the 65 a few weeks ago.

Bb has a very specific price match policy.

It's less rigid in-store, and depends on the manager. However, I highly doubt any retailer will ever price match promotional items (gift cards, services, etc).

Pretty good deal on the 55" X900F, $1,299.99 and then you get a $400 Dell eGiftCard with purchase.

Dell has the current model 55" 900F for 1299.99 + $400 Dell gift card. Great price on this TV if you want other stuff from Dell.

get ready for TD, people around here hate dell GCs and consider them worth only 50% of their face value.

having said that, i'm waiting for the 65" version. i like this TV more then the LG OLEDs

Either way, thought it was worth sharing. $900 was the best deal I could find when I looked at the 55" 900E. I ended up with the LG 55" C8 and frickin love it.

Why would you like an inferior TV?

For a bright room this is a better tv. Otherwise oled.

OLED ain't all it's cracked up to be. We're still a few years away from it being perfected. There are still plenty of reasons to go with a good quality LED. And yes, I own an OLED, and it's nice but it has flaws just like any TV.

This is a great TV. I dont care for the Dell GC. So FOR ME its not a good deal but for others may be a great deal.

you go that backwards. OLED colors are disgustingly over saturated. also, the last OLED TV i got started burning in even before my return period expired. needless to say, it went back. all my LED TVs look as good as the day i got them a decade later.

the only advantages OLED has is deeper black and higher brightness . but everything else about them sucks.

Ugh, need the 65" to go back on sale. Tax free weekend in MA but can't find a tv to pull the trigger on.
