This is what I'm learning on. Had it over a year now and don't have any complaints.

No. I am also looking for a bundle but this code cannot be applied to it currently selling at $600.

Hammer action for under 500 seems solid, though I generally prefer a digital piano from someone who makes real pianos, like Yamaha.

Here's one that's suitable at $250.
https://www.musiciansfriend.com/k...ital-piano

(basically you want somehting with "hammer action" which simulates acoustic piano touch).

A better buy (than this Korg) and at the same price $300:
https://www.musiciansfriend.com/k...ital-piano

(it has USB-MIDI).

I think Musician's Friend sale ends tomorrow?

would this be good enough for a Classical Pianist?

I havent played in 10 years, but have about 10 years of experience in piano.

I usually play Chopin, Debussy and Brahms.

Would like to start playing again

You will find that the sound doesn't quite compare with that of a real instrument. Hammer action, if true and really high quality will also throw a monkey wrench into your practice, unless you used to perform on 7ft+ concert grands, as their keyboards are much harder than those of most of the compact uprights that most professional musicians both learn on and love with as their everyday practice instruments in their apartments. In comparison with the real instrument you may also find a slight disconnect between the touch and the sound, as if you're touching one thing and what makes the sound is something quite different. If you're computer savvy, I recommend a similar weighted out semi-weighted midi keyboard hooked up to a computer with something like piano samples from EastWest (concert Grand, Bösendorfer, Bechstein, etc.), as you could fine tune everything to your liking much better. Takes a bit of work in the beginning to get everything set up right though
