that's not the case. only first ever been on sale before (here) and i think this is lowest price, except 1 time when lightning deal stacked


others are very new. 2 of them are obv fairly pricey, but they also offer what you can't do otherwise easily.

So if I have hdmi out on my laptop, I plug it into the hdmi on the dock then have to use dvi out to my monitor?

i am not sure what you mean? can't you just use this cable [amazon.com] and dock for dock purposes?

Bought the USB C dock - Didn't work with my 32" 1440p 60Hz monitor over HDMI. Was quite disappointed. Works with a cheap $10 dongle but now with this (supposedly) $90 dock. Returning tomorrow.

Its more like remote desktop or steamlink, not the best solution. compressed video over usb.
