Use promo code EMCPXPT23 for $40 off. Seems like a decent deal for 6 GB model.

I feel dumb. What is a dual video card? I don't think you get two of them....

Dual in this case refers to the fan layout I think - two fans

This isn't anywhere close to being a deal, much less a slick one.

If that's the case, this is a terrible deal.

Its just Asus' name for the model. Having two fans.

And this would have been a deal, about 3 months ago. This is the normal sale price on microcenter.com with no coupon. This card should be in the $150 range within the next 2 months.

For those that don't pay tax on Newegg, this isn't a bad deal. If you do pay tax, it's pretty much just regular price at this point.

WTF can we ban op for this bs? $300 easily got you into GTX 1070, or possibly a GTX1080 last week on ebay. Prices are dropping rapidly. Why would anyone post this?

People, the announcement is later this month. Either way prices will only drop. Don't get caught up with one video card, or brand. If 1060's/RX 580's are above $150, you might as well consider jumping to GTX 1070. They keep prices high because this is the sweet spot for 1080 gaming, and don't think that people know the whole market. I'd say the GTX 1070 is currently the sweet spot. Wait for coupon deal on ebay if you can. EITHER WAY PRICES WILL KEEP DROPPING. ANYONE SAYING DIFFERENTLY IS A LYING SHILL.
