Description also says "Free gaming mouse - Enter code EXI4X5ZS" - I don't know if it works or not.

There is no way a blue switch keyboard doesn't seem any different than rubberdome.

It depends on the type of switches and what you want them for. For writing blue switches are night and day vs. rubberdome. For gaming? Rubberdome is probably better. Red Switches feel much better than rubberdome to game with, but for writing, they're not.much different.

It's also worth noting that the difference isn't vast unless you're at the keyboard a good amount. I think maybe too much is made of mechanical switches but for my part I don't like going back and avoid it if I can. It could well be purely psychological but I feel better at gaming with linear switches, and there's no beating the satisfying click of a good set of blues when I'm working.
