I have the 32gb and haven't had any issues with storage space, although I dont have a lot of apps installed either. For videos, it can access media over the wifi network so no need to have video files directly on it, that would eat up space very quickly. I stream video from my PC and router perfectly from any of the video player apps, skybox is my favorite. overall i highly recommend the Go to replace gear vr or daydream, reduces screen door effect a good amount

I tried the device, maybe my expectations were too high, but i quickly sold it again. The image quality is not very good, I think such goggles will need to double their resolution before they can really be considered HD. I wouldn't want to watch a movie on the device, it just looks like SD content. Also the quality of the games wasn't very good either, was like PS2 level.

Had it and returned it. Overheat like crazy and pop an on screen message says it needs to cool down. My s8 on gear vr has no problem handling the same content without being a space heater. This thing has significant hardware limitations.

If watching VR movie is the main purpose, you don't need 64GB one. Just install Skybox at the Oculus store and install Skybox streaming server client at PC.

It's been supported since release, just not for installing apps.

Oculus is better than the HTC Vive

so you would rather buy at full price?

BTW search for 5 off 30+ coupon for microcenter, it's 25 off as of that.

i sold my oculus rift for similar reasons

i think it's a case of love it or hate it, there are plenty of people who love the rift. i'm sure it's the same story with this device.

you sound like someone who would complain if it was $20 off $21

like, "I still have to pay $1, how is that slick?"
