LG 4k HDR 55" and 65" TV - UJ6300 - In store Clearance

WalMart has a lot of televisions on clearance right now, obviously trying to clear out for newer models. Just picked up the 65" at my local Wally world few hours ago. Happy hunting.

UJ6300 55" $399.00

I have the 65" in my bedroom. I paid $529 for it on an open box special at MicroCenter. It's a decent entry level 4K UHD w/ HDR, although the black levels could be better. Overall it is a bargain TV and if you have realistic expectations (knowing that there are better TVs on the market) you shouldn't be disappointed. It did take me awhile to get accustomed to the greyish black levels, but I would buy it again.

I snagged the 65" UJ6540 which is the step up from this at Costco final closeout the other night for $699.97. Seems like a pretty solid TV for the price, I'm happy with it. The "local dimming" is basically unusable, though.

Good reviews? Most Walmart clearance are low quality brand names...

65" for that or 55

I picked up the 60" Hisense yesterday for 349. Thinking it might be too big for my living room. Is the LG 55" much better than the Hisense in terms of image and build?

I probably won't use the apps much since I use Amazon fire and Chromecast.

Thanks for the advice.

Are the grayish black levels weird or is that what I just gave to expect at this price point? Basically I need an (at least) 65" 4K TV and my budget is $700. I would love fancy OLED but I got kids... lol
