Was just at my local store and saw these. I got mine just over 30 days ago for the $229 so hope they will adjust.

Some good deals on eBay on the Sony WH-1000MX2's which is superior to these. Much better noise cancelling.

Will Costco typically do adjustments? I got in on the 229 deal too

I got Sony H900n .They sound good and good NC.LDAC works great with Samsung Note 8 but the volume is not loud enough.
I tried the Audio Technica ATH M50x (wired) with a Earstudio ES100 bluetooth dac/amp. Connected to Samsung Note 8 and the sound is MUCH louder and superior sound quality .This set up also uses LDAC and allows the use of the EQ via its app.
Sony H900n does not let you use its EQ when connected to LDAC or APTX .
I am no longer using the H900n,My friend has the Sony wh1000n and again my set up is much louder with superior sound quality .The only disadvantage is there is a cable that connects headphones to portable dac/amp.

Usually within 30 days, otherwise you have to return and re-buy. Got these a few weeks ago so I'm in luck. Thanks OP!

Seems the general consensus is that these have a slightly better sound profile than the 1000MX2s, but the 1000MX2s have a bit better/nicer build quality (not sure on the noise cancelling comparison).

I'm very happy with my H900Ns. Great full sound with a sensible amount of bass. Build quality and comfort is pretty good. Don't have a lot of experience with NC, but seems pretty good to me.

These are dirt cheap on ebay too, under $100 for a lot of them

I picked up a "like new" one for $67

Refurbs, or just one-off/private resellers?

Same here - been checking everyday waiting for a decent pair to go on sale (preferred these from Costco though). Traveling at the end of the month and I was running out of time!

Question. I got a pair of Bose QC25 for $149 on eBay new, no tax, last week and the noise cancelling is great. But the sound is just ok. What I love though is the noise cancelling works without being hooked up to a source. Do any of the Sony ANC headphones cancel noise without behind connected to a source like the Bose?
