Got it recently. Comfortable and very solid. Noise cancelling is pretty darn good. Sound out of the box was kind of bad and took some serious adjustment on the eq software that comes with it. After adjustment I was pleased with sound, but in was about ready to send them back initially.

I have the wireless version of this headset and it's the most comfortable headset I've ever seen. Great for long hours of gaming.

It has to have a single 3.5mm jack to work with the Xbox (shown later plugged in a PS4 controller), it also mentions a USB adapter that unlocks 7.1, so both.

Yeah I'm mostly wondering if it'll work with xbox. I saw that pic too but it doesn't say it includes an adapter
Edit: Based on the description, it is 3.5mm with an included USB adapter

Almost pulled the trigger since I'm losing confidence in my headset but then saw that these are $60 on Amazon, is this even that good of a deal?

no taxes on newegg for a lot of people. in chicago tax is 10% so this makes the headphones $10 cheaper than amazon for someone like me...
