I regret getting a changing table attached to the bed. It feels like it take up the whole wall and arranging it becomes limited.

Changing pad (something like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00O64QJOC/) on top of a dresser. We had a changing table for baby #1 and it almost never got used and just took up space.

That being said, I like the toddler bed conversion for this combo bed.

it maybe true that you dont need a changing table, if you could find an adequate space(safety), parents safety (Height) which is also convinient than you can skip

Having a son under one, I recommend a changing table. While you can change your baby on any flat surface, I'm not crazy about cleaning piss off the same surface I eat dinner on

So my changing table is like this, mounts on a dresser. Given my son's stomach issues, waterproof is necessary :p

Mentally we didn't want our kid being changed right where they just crapped themselves so we got a changing table that we could put on a different wall.

If you have the space in the room you're putting the crib maybe think about that.
Don't they usually poop in a diaper?

They "crapped themselves" in a diaper in the very same crib you removed him or her from while they were sleeping. As for the changing table, place them on something that is disposable in case they do get the #2 biological urge...or over them.
But wait 'til they learn to grab the covering off themselves and think it's fun .... LMAO

Use double sided velcro to stick a changing pad on top of the dresser. We didn't get a changing table and have no regrets - they just take up space but don't offer much storage.
