FYI - This is happening to myself and others:

If you applied for the P&G Costco Spend $100 save @$25 rebate, and you scanned more than one receipt per file, your rebate has been marked INVALID.

They are claiming it must be 1 receipt per file and are denying rebates without informing you via email. (Yes, they are insisting you need to split your receipts to 1 receipt per FILE / not page!)

Original Rebate Submission form [getpgoffer.com]
Terms and Conditions of Rebate [snipp.com]

Here is their contact info: help@getpgoffer.com or call 888-224-6896.

They cannot find anything in the terms and conditions regarding needing one receipt per page, but are denying rebates regardless.

I agree it is SUCH a pain to do the analysis on TP and paper towels, etc. Even the sheets themselves are different sizes! So I compared by square foot. I actually just finished doing all this math myself, so here are my findings:

Bounty Select A Size Paper Towels-
Target:
496 square feet per pack, $15.89
Subtracting the $10 GC, is $.02531586 per square foot.
Costco:
806 square feet per pack, $19.99, is $.024801488833747 per square foot. So it is less expensive at Costco even not taking into account the 25% discount with the rebate offer!

Charmin Ultra Soft Toilet Paper
Target:
636 square feet per pack, $19.39, is $.03048742 per square foot
Subtracting the $10 GC, is $.02524633 per square foot
Costco:
870 square feet per pack, $21.49, is .02470115 per square foot
w/ their very frequent $4.50 coupon, it's .01952874 per square foot
Again, cheaper at Costco even with no coupon, but the coupon and the 25% discount with the rebate offer makes it a great deal!

Cascade Platinum Dishwasher Pacs
Target:
36 count pack, $10.99, is $.30527778 each
Subtracting $10 GC offer, $.21268519 each

Costco:
92 count pack, $19.99, $21728261 each
w/ $4 coupon, $.17380435 each
Again, Costco wins because it's cheaper than Target even not counting the 25% discount with the rebate offer.

Hope this helps!

honestly, I feel like if you just bought kirkland brand equivalents, you would save more than $25

Ironically, I'm more unlikely to buy an item if it has a mail-in rebate than if it didn't.

While I can sympathize with your opinion, we've been waiting for laundry pods to go on sale, so any suggestions for which products are at a decent price would be appreciated.

Anyone doing analysis on if the pods and TP are good deals? So many darn options in TP etc it is hard to compare (for example to target Gift card deals)

Found this under their "Terms and Conditions" -- I assume it means you can not use this month's coupons toward the offer?? --> "These instant savings offers cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional event."

Not sure where you're seeing this but if anything it appears that items on sale are included.

It explicitly states "Spend $100 (after discounts and before taxes) on select Procter & Gamble products and get a $25 Costco Cash Card."

So the net amount (after coupons and before taxes) must be $100.

Honestly I'm not sure I'll do it. Not because I'm worried about the rebate. Most MIR these days are easy enough to do although there's always that risk of it not being completed successfully. My issue is that PG items are obviously overpriced. Detergent and toilet paper in the Kirkland brand are more than good enough for us. Same for paper towels. Head and Shoulders if not on sale is another $2-$4 loss.

The only item that we use and are not price sensitive to is the Cascade platinum packs. Have tried other brands and gel, powder, packs etc and none do as good a job as these Platinum ones. Was disappointed to see a limit of 2. I would've happily stocked up to hit $100 because we do on average 2 loads a day (kids, no eating out).
