If you don't need this right away, it can go down to $200 in the next month or two like it did last year:

This has the upgraded remotes which people are paying $100 for. Totally worth it.

How is this different from cs4202 kit, which was on sale before and I have missed that opportunity?

Absolutely. Can't count how many times it's been useful for me to turn on my car from within my workplace and to know it was successfully turned on

*EDIT* - I was wrong. It does include a bypass module. Sorry

The 4202 includes a bypass module, this kit does not.

No bypass pretty much means you will need to buy the module. Its what bypasses the built-in security for the car to prevent it from being hotwired.

I think anything after something like 1987 needs a module.

Thanks, so 4900 is better than 4202 ? I am not seeing any where that bypass module included in 4900 , I am planning to get this installed for 2004 Sienna, so just want to be sure that this is all I need to buy.
