I grabbed one a couple weeks ago. I've used it once since then.
After first use 60min @ 400F a side with handle did warp inward about 1/4" but still seems okay to use (handle) - not flimsey. Non-stick coating performed perfectly, no flaking etc.
FYI: Max temp for this is 450F and that is likely due to non-stick coating. Pan also states it is NOT dishwasher safe. The wire rack included does not seem to be non-stick, only painted black.
For $7 and the likely occational use (holidays) it will have I have no regrets. For monthly or weekly use I'd likely suggest a greater investment in something that's dishwasher safe.

If you live near an Ikea I think it's better to pick up a roasting pan for $9.99 from there. It has great reviews and I love mine. https://m.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/.../10099053/

Seems to have bad reviews on amazon, but that's at the $24 price point. Probably a steal at $7

I buy this pan all the time when it's on sale. I get one for me and one for my friends. I've never had a problem with it. It's worth the money. The only thing is if you put a turkey on it it sticks to the rack, as the rack is not coated. I also line the pan with aluminum foil as it is always easier to clean. You just take the aluminum foil out you don't really have to scrape anything out of the pan when you're done cooking. Go for it it's a good deal. They always have tons in the store so there's no need to order it online unless you order it online and pick it up at the store you don't have to worry about shipping

There's a number of poor reviews on Amazon, most of them citing that the non-stick coating comes off even after just one light usage.

I used to have one very similar to this. Especially when fat pools in the bottom when baking something fatty, the flaking peels off very quickly. Recently switched to a completely stainless steel one and highly recommend that for anyone who needs a broiling/roasting pan

If you haven't figured out Tools of the Trade quality by now, go ahead and throw $7 at it. Better than the $1 foil disposables. Or, is it?
