Looks like you have to call first of all, and second of all the free airfare is almost only on Mini Suite or higher which means you are spending $2000 before taxes and fees per person with 2 perks for a mini suite. On top of that these routes are round trip from Seattle with a stop in Victoria BC. You arent getting to see Glacier Bay and you arent getting to see Hubbard Glacier. So this comes out to $5000 for airfare and a cruise on an itinerary that isnt generally recommended as the best if you are going to splurge on Alaska. I just recently booked a Celebrity cruise which I would consider to be a touch nicer than NCL. Aquaclass w/ balcony with drink package, gratuities included, $100 on board credit, and the one way itinerary that goes from Vancouver to Anchorage with Hubbard Glacier. $3200 for a better cruise line, better amenities, a better itinerary. Airfare will probably bring that up to $4000.

For me not much a deal here.
