I bought the Schlage Camelot almost 2 years ago and it works great. I never added it to my Alexa because it requires a wink hub to work. You can set individual codes for entry and a lot of other features. I just like being able to walk my dogs without having to take my keys. Its also nice for running back in the house quickly or letting guests in.

I have the Camelot connected to my SmartThings hub for more than a year now. Works well and nice to not have to carry around my keys when going to the park and back. Also handy to remotely open the door when family shows up or give them the code.

Battery sucks! I have to change every 2 weeks. My friends got kwiKset where battery come for over 6 months. Look for a chance throw this schlage.
What kind of batteries are you using? What hub are you pairing with it? You are either doing something wrong, or have a terribly malfunctioning unit.

make sure you are using good alkaline batteries like the ones it came with. i was using rechargeable and they wouldn't last. i started using alkaline duracell procells like that ones that came with it and working great again.

Has anyone used these Toledo locks? We have the Schlage Connect and love it but was curious about something cheaper for another less used door for house.

I've read that the Schlage is good but its a job to get the keys matched if you use multiple locks. Not a deal breaker as you get these not to use keys. However, that's been a good selling point for me on the Kwikset ones. They make that easy to do.
