Great Deal OP - myself I use a pair of Lodge 8 inch cast iron pans ($10 each on Amazon) and a pair of wood cutting boards to serve fajitas. Not as pretty or lightweight but the bonus is I also use the fry pans every day for cooking...

I have a couple of these pans. Very heavy and easy to clean once seasoned. I like to use them to sear steaks for a few minutes on the stove on each side then toss them in the oven still on the pan and bake till up to med-rare. Always turns out perfect. Wish I had the board. Have had mine about 10 years now.

I use these on the grill and they are perfect for meats and veggies. The board is awesome and so is the potholder. I've never seen the price this low.

They do but they're not lodge and a tad smaller in size.

I thought of that myself.

I think the dimensions are 7x10 so it might make for some odd shaped crepes but I'm gonna give it a try.
