Is this an AC or an AD router? What are the max speeds for each band? Can't find any info on the specs on Costco's website.

Good price. Very ugly though. If I could have a well ventilated place out of sight, this is great.

It's an AC Router. It's basically an R7800 with a glorified operating system / user interface (called DumaOS).

Seems like a very good price considering the added switch sells for around $70 by itself.

I am not a gamer, but I am in the market to upgrade my router and make it future proof for atleast the next 5 years. My current router is the Linksys E1200. Clearly very very old.

My internet need is -- movies/youtube on OLED 65" TV, multiple/many devices being connected, smart home, No dead zones in 3500 sqft home.

I see this sale (I need a switch as well), but then the X6S. Not sure which one to choose-

Link to X6S [costco.com]

Link to XR500 [costco.com]

Any advice?
