Lowes [lowes.com] is selling Samsung 24-in Stainless Steel Front Control Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Interior for $396 at stores all around me. MSRP of $649. BB [bestbuy.com] is $430 right now. For some it might be better to PM Lowes and get the dishwasher there.

Don't forget to use that $20/$100 coupon code that you might have!

Those are some pretty interesting reviews! In the market for a dishwasher but those reviews are scary!

The dry cycle on Samsung dishwashers is terrible. Just ask any of those who work in appliances and they will tell you.

I usually just turn my dishwasher off, open the door, and pull the drawers out to let them air dry. Also saves energy because it doesn't have to heat any elements to dry

They're horrible on every Energy Star dishwasher. You have to use the high temp rinse and open them right at the end of the cycle to have any chance at dry plastic.

Says free ship to store so that's mostly irrelevant.

I've replaced every single appliance in my house over the past two years, with one exception: my dishwasher. I've been in the market, but just haven't found anything slick enough. But I will say that Lowes usually has two or three models in store on clearance - and they are typically better in quality and price, compared to this deal. Only caveat is they might not have full warranties and/or some minor cosmetic damage. But if a scratch is going to save me $700, then I say get to scratchin'!

I don't need to read the reviews because I can't skimp on quality and any lowes dishwasher with <4 stars is a no go for me.

I would like to find a dishwasher that has racks that don't disintegrate over time. My current dishwasher has those plastic coated tines that somehow find a way to rust and break off. The silverware basket has been replaced twice because the bottom developed holes that let the silverware slip through. What's the point of having a stainless steel interior if the racks and baskets don't last?
