Walmart automatic price adjustment for instore pickups.

A while back, when you ordered an item for instore pickup that was cheaper in the store than it was showing online, you would get an automatic price adjustment assuming the item was in stock at the store when you ordered it.

Then i noticed it adjusted the price online automatically so that you would be charged the instore price right away.

But now i'm not seeing that, so i'm wondering if its just not showing up for that item, or if the no longer charge the instore price.

i think all walmart adjustments are ymmv based on the employees capabilities, policy perceptions, current mood etc.
'oops, i used the wrong cc, need to return-rebuy with diff card' is a good one. some stores make you lug the item into the store just so they dont have to type the barcode in......

I think you are talking about something different (price matching a different store). Thats not what i'm talking about.
