Yeah, that's fine, but please don't put German cars and Kia in the same paragraph
I never did....Still the v6 turbo version will be a GREAT deal in a few months and on the used market compared to german cars. I know german car owners will get pissy a 30k kia beats their car on the track.

Buying a tesla is like buying a zune at this point. They will go under and you will be left with a dead super charger network.
Doubt it. Infrastructure is there, reviews are great, and production numbers have ramped up. No way the company will just disappear, worst case scenario is they get bought by someone, but the car will continue to be made at this point.

Some Kia dealers were charging over 15k sticker price for the premium fast versions of this car. They were also notorious for not allowing test drives on high spec models and treating it as a Ferrari or Lambo, when clearly its not. It's a well reviewed car, but tough to break into the German competition. With these steep discounts it seems to be a great value compared to Camry and accords and passats. I'd still personally spring for a Tesla Model 3 and get the full tax credit if delivery is taken by the end of the year, even though it's almost 20k more then this car. The car keeps getting better with updates and it has been an absolute dream.
Cheapest Model 3 is $49k right now, without any options. So...

President of our company drives a 98 Honda Civic, you wouldn't know he's worth millions if you saw him in his car on the street. I'm sure this applies to many wealthy people as well.

On the other hand, you have people working in fast food, retail, or the armed forces driving big ass trucks, BMW's, Audi's that they lease, bought used, or even brand new. Those aren't exactly what you would consider to be wealthy.

Judging people's wealth by the car they drive is ignorant.
