Good deal on a msata. If you don't mind shucking an enclosure, the Samsung T5 has a msata in it and is 99 at Fry's and Newegg. I took one apart and used the msata in my laptop. For 15 extra I would choose this if I were buying now, but would be worth it if you find a good deal on the T5.

Between this and the T5 drive if they were the same price which is a better drive?

Performance wise, I don't think there is any negligible difference. However, taking the msata out of the T5 likely voids the warranty. You could always put it back in the case and return for warranty I suppose, but I ended up damaging the enclosure taking the msata out. If both were the same price, definitely go with this to retain the warranty.

Decent deal, but I think I'm going to wait and hope for something over the holidays.
