Meh, the consensus is they are "sub" par in comparison to similar 12 inch woofers. But at $30 bones it's a good deal.

At $30 the only thing that these are good for is to over power the hell out of them and watch them blow.

Last month I was trying to figure out what to waste a $25 gift card on and this was $30 then too. I think this is a somewhat regular price.

Not sure if its regular, but I bought one as well when they were on sale a month ago. I think its worth it for $30. I havent had much else to compare to, but this is a big upgrade from no sub and from a low profile 8". How it stacks up against more expensive subs, that I don't know.

Bought this speaker the last time it was on SD. Haven't done anything with it, but it was a great deal, still is. 201 reviews, 4.6 stars. I think that speaks for itself. I'm not upset I paid $30.

Today, I bought this 600W amp to power it. Someone suggested it the last time around for this sub. It's been at $60 for a while now and just dropped to under $47 today. It was around $47 weeks ago, but I didn't pull the trigger fast enough and it went back up.

Funny how peak power went from 2x rms back in the day marketing, to now 4x rms for marketing.

Bang for buck will allways be a single decent 15" in a ported box

35hz isn't much on the working end of a bass woofer.

The hard hitting bass is around 60Hz. That's all you'll get from this cheap sub. Nothing subsonic.
