What were you expecting? For this price, FHD is not a requirement. It's a killer deal for the spec.

I just bought a grade b HP Prodesk 600 G1 last week from arrow direct via Newegg and it arrived in great shape. Only a small scratch in corner of top panel... Based on my experience (not everyone of course) I'd buy again!

I just bought a grade b HP Prodesk 600 G1 last week from arrow direct via Newegg and it arrived in great shape. Only a small scratch in corner of top panel... Based on my experience (not everyone of course) I'd buy again!

I just bought a HP ProBook 11EE G2 from Arrow via NewEgg and it arrived yesterday. It was scratched fairly well, with most of the 10+ scratches being about 2 inches in length. It was grade B. It also took it about 25 seconds to open a web browser and wouldn't reset settings properly, so it left some of my information on there.

However, I will say that their customer service and return process are seamless. I had no issues returning it for a refund (so far, I shipped it back to them today).

So it's worth the risk, I'd say. If you don't like it for any reason in the first 30 days, contact Arrow Direct directly for a return. Cut NewEgg out of the return.

for me, the grade b is appropriate, (not the best, but nit bad..lots of sticky reisdue on bothe)
but i was expecting something lighter more portable for the small screen. and with the big battery is just too heavy.

I did call them. They have daytime hours and I'm not sure they are open on weekends at that number.

No reason needed. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you can return it. They didn't push back at all. No problems.

That wasn't ever conveyed to me. So I don't believe I have to pay return shipping. I printed out an RMA label and dropped it off with UPS. I was told by Arrow I would receive my refund once it was received.

I've not found anywhere that says even if returned because it is no longer needed/wanted, that return shipping isn't covered.
