I have three, two of them for years, they are all great. My daughter has one and abuses it and it's still running great.

What's "T series" supposed to mean? Just the newer models? I have one of these from a year or two ago, was great but I ended up upgrading to the TIP which is amazing if you're willing to carry a bit more in the pocket. My only gripe with it is the finish is half gone, the tube doesn't have that issue since it's plastic instead of anodized metal.

Got mine 18 months ago, still going strong.

I paid $5.99 at the time from gearbest with some promo, gb has the clear one for 7.84 right now, so not sure how great of a deal this is but not bad plus benefit of amazon shipping/returns.

update:
black is currently 5.99 at gearbest

I like mine. This is a good current price, though I did pay $3.99 for a black one via GearBest in September 2017. They make nice gifts too.

I have never seen any official reference to the "T" series. I think it might just stand for "Tube". It doesn't say it on the packaging nor anything on Nitecore's official website. These are probably the same you have.

I have the Nitecore Tube and it is amazing. This price is right, buy 2!
But, then I also have Nitecore Tip which is practically as bright as a regular sized flashlight... only mine gets hot fast.

🤣🤣🤣 do they not know what infinite means???
Yes, it means you can set to any brightness between the 2 values. Though I'm sure it's not really an infinite amount of different brightness levels, but it is more than just a few.

"Infinitely variable" means you aren't limited to discrete brightness settings in between 1 to 45 lumens. Like how there are infinite numbers between the numbers 1 and 2. It does not say "infinite brightness".
