You want the spot less kind because chrome tends to build up a heck of a lot of finger prints and water spots.

Just a IMHO, I will NEVER EVER purchase another Moen product. After our kitchen remodel and from an SD deal I went with one of their Arbor Motionsence Touchless. It is by far the biggest piece of shit faucet we've ever owned or encountered. The water flow is horrible even with the restrictor out. Then when using manual mode putting the water handle selector in the warm position (middle) it slowly falls down to cold by way of gravity, if you walk by the kitchen sink or lean up against it it will turn on of course when you don't want it to. After calling their customer service I realized what a horrible company they've become. Completely unwilling to stand by a flawed product and wanting me to purchased replacement parts even thought I was under warranty...

These things are total pieces of shit. Kohler or nothing these days. Granted, their warranty process is a little annoying, but at least they try to help you out.

I would like to add to the poor reviews here, and also say that if/when a part starts to go good luck finding a replacement. One site showed just the sprayer head at eighty dollars. Sure you can find them cheaper, but the thread sizes are different per brand and good luck trying an off-brand item.

Can confirm: my single handle moen broke within a year or so. The cup/cover on the single lever is poorly designed and will fall off.

I don't understand how a $200 faucet qualifies as a "slick deal".

Same way a $2300 tv does. If its a large percentage lower than regular price its a deal. So yeah

Moen is a piece of shit. I would always buy kitchen fixtures from Kraus. Although they do not have touchless faucets, Kraus is the best in what it sells.

I have this. Sometimes it is difficult to put the faucet back after pulling it apart. Also, the design prevents the use of faucet water filters like PUR. Overall I like it allot.

I can't speak to this particular faucet, but Moen and almost all other manufacturers have lifetime warranties. My home is more than 20 years old and it just takes a brief phone call to have them send me cartridge repair kits and other parts at no cost.

I also recommend putting a copy of the purchase receipt and any parts diagrams in a bag taped beneath the sink. This makes it easier to identify the model and part that you need.

If the water flow is that bad you may want to check the strainer on the inlet of faucet

You guys need to wrap your Moen with duct tape. It then becomes industrial.
