Who the heck thought that a $72 R2D2 bubble machine would sell at that price? Somone at Imperial Toy (not joking they own the Miracle Bubble brand) should be talked to at the very least for this.

That being said, I don't think that this is a great deal at $18 since you can get something similar [target.com] (although not shaped like R2D2) for $10

It's true. So many bad reviews, especially on the motor stops working after a short time. At an $18 price tag this is not bad. With three kids and countless of bubble machines I must say they all break. A 12v power supply with some tinkering makes this a plug in unit which is great. Having kept all the working parts from various other bubble makers gives hope that spare parts may exist. After all this is R2D2 worth the $18 I'd say.
