Completely agree. Foam guns are the way to go. I needed the r-30 but saw the other so figured I add it on.

I don't own this one so not endorsing it but the concept is the same in all of them. Basically you buy a big screw-on can of foam and can reuse it by closing the gun valve. Much easier to use than foam in the can and a lot less waste. I always use the door and window foam so I don't have to switch cans.

Glass fiber insulation is the next big asbestos lawsuit waiting to happen. It terrifies me that so many houses have this stuff and the cost to replace all of it.

Two component foam is no better.

We simply dont have a cost effective and safe insulation material in the market place.

Mineral wool has good insulation properties, but then there's that whole "and safe" thing you were mentioning Wink

I just line my walls with the body parts of my victims. Not flamable and free. Just make sure you seal everything up good or else you will need to invest in lots of potpourri

I got one from Amazon that was rated really well for about $25 and compatible with the Great Stuff cans.

Amazing how much better it is compared to just using the messy cans.

Pretty sure fiberglass and asbestos aren't on the same level. Thanks for playing
