If this is the international model, then it comes with the Exynos 9810 Octa chipset, not the Qualcomm 845.

Same SoC as the international S9. Not sure if Samsung has addressed any of the performance inconsistencies since the article came out, but I would not bet any money on it.

Doesn't when they say wont work with CDMA mean these are blacklisted from 1 of those carriers, and will have trouble if you think you want to trade it in in future?

No Samsung pay, no CDMA no warranty, inferior chipset, high price. One would be insane to buy this over the us note 9. In all seriousness though get a op6

It's not they're necessarily "blacklisted", the underlying radio technology is different so they're not capable of working on those networks.
