How have we made it this long without 20 posts talking about how terrible Nintendo is and how the eshop is as bad as steam, etc. I guess the trolls are still in school?

Waiting for "Into the Breach" to go on sale... I already bought it on PC, but would love to double dip. That game is perfect for mobile devices.

For people who care about physical cartridges, there is a physical "Ancestral Edition" that includes the regular game along with Crimson Court and Shield Breaker.

What's good for a 9 year old boy? He's extremely smart and mature (academically). He's into all the Mario stuff, Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft. I recently got him Zelda which he loves.

Not Fortnite. Seriously, save yourself that headache. I had to delete my 12 year old's account. Too addictive and destructive.

These sales are really just teasers for the "good" games, though. Guacamelee is like 10% off. Even something like Mulaka is only about 20%.

Monster Energy Supercross, in contrast, is 50% off. Slain: Back from Hell is 70% off.

Many of the steep discounted games have wildly inflated "regular" prices and show up on these lists of sales all the time.

I'll take a fantastic game at 10-20% off over a mediocre one for 50% off.

You're right about that. That was kind of my point. The 50%+ off games usually aren't worth the download - even if they're $2.

What I meant was that if you want to buy Guacamelee and you miss this sale, don't worry about it - it's $1.50. And don't wait around for months for a good game to go on sale because it likely won't be more than 10-20% off.
