This is about the price point to make these digital rental services relevant at all to me. $5+ to watch something once post theatre run is ridiculous.

Aren't these all available on Netflix? I guess if you only need to watch one or two it makes sense.

Both Thor: Ragnarok and Captain America: Civil War are on Netflix. Not sure about the others. I think Winter Soldier is playing on TBS right now.

Are they? I thought they took it off because of the Disney streaming service?

Call me crazy but I don't think $2-3 for a rental is such a smoking hot deal.

Are you getting the full value deducted in shipping credits? For any man and the wasp I only got $2 deducted so I paid 99¢. I checked my digital credit balance after purchase and it was well over $10 left.

Agreed. I like $1 or $2 rentals from Redbox. I guess I'm even willing to pay a little extra for the convenience of ordering from home. But $5.99 as the new standard price for streaming rentals is too high.

(It's still about 1/4 the price of two people going to the theater, but I digress...)

BTW I just bought GOTG2 and Thor:Ragnarok as used blu-rays from Redbox for $4 and $5, respectively. That's a great price point for a movie I can own, share, and watch multiple times.

For those of us that don't live near a redbox, or drive by one everyday to/from work it's much more convenient to stream. Not to mention the hassle of getting home with a disc to have scratches/damage that either prevent playback or cause issues.

How is ant-man and the wasp? Worth spending $3 for rental?

This. Redbox would be out of business in a few months, at least in areas with good broadband coverage, if these were the regular prices for streaming movie rentals.
