Great price for well-reviewed bookshelf speakers. $103.47 each is the lowest price ever tracked on the SuperOne at Amazon:

https://www.amazon.com/NHT-SuperO...B00LJX4HCY

These are acoustic suspension speakers in sealed boxes with no rear ports to block if hanging on a wall.

Note they are priced and sold separately. Order two at that price if you need stereo speakers, or as many as you need for surround speakers.

UPDATE: Other NHT speakers in this series are also at or near their lowest prices to date:
NHT SuperZero 2.1 Mini-Monitor [amazon.com] - $58.43
NHT Super Center 2.1 Center Channel Speaker [amazon.com] - $125.44

MORE: Also at their lowest tracked at Amazon:
NHT Media Series 2-Way Dolby Atmos Satellite Speaker - $222.04 in Black [amazon.com], $195.04 in White [amazon.com]

I've been running SuperZero 2.1 Mini-Monitor as 3.1 in our relatively small home theater room and they are amazing! I've had them for ~3 years now and the sound is really impressive. My wife was complaining about not being able to hear voices well during movies (had a really large B&W 5.1 speaker set up) but not anymore and music sounds great too. I have a smaller SVS sealed sub, Marantz slimline 5.1 AVR and the set up sounds amazing! Recommended to a friend who has a bigger room and he can't believe the speakers. He uses his 3.1 setup for movies and background music and he loves it!

The good thing about these is that they're small and compact/sealed.

How well do these perform as satellites? I'm considering hanging them on the wall since they are sealed

I'm running a pair of Polk 5.25" floorstanders and an NHT sub (forgot the model).

These would be awesome but they're bigger, small bookshelf. NHT has hangers available.

OK, so maybe this is an unfair comparison, but how would these compare to say Pioneer SP-BS22-LR? I know the Pioneer's cost half as much, so maybe it's not a completely fair comparison, but NHT is a solid brand and I'm considering whether it's worth paying double the price for these NHT's over the Pioneer's.

What drdokman said.

I used to run NHT 1.5s as my mains until I decided floorstanders were more childproof than the 1.5s on speaker stands.

They've been rock solid and always sounded great, even when paired with a Sony home stereo in a box system.
They were my first step into home stereo, taken one at a time.

I just updated the first post to add the NHT Media Series Dolby Atmos satellites, also at their lowest prices ever seen by the camels.
