I haven't seen this deal posted here. $47 less than Amazon and fakespot grade A with good reviews.

Why the downvote? Because it's from Costco?

Seems like a good deal to me. It gets good ratings and is $50 higher on Amazon, Home Depot and Bed Bath and Beyond. No idea why the negs....

Where do people live that you need a reverse osmosis filtration system?

Flint, Michigan?

Probably because this is a small non-standard RO system set up, which would make replacement filters a pain to obtain and probably pricier. Standard RO systems for the same price are larger and have more throughput.

You mean like paying $150 for replacement filters every 1000 gallons?

Agree with you on the throughput. It is 6 liters every hour. But the main filter requires replacement only every 24 months. The sedimentation filter should be replaced every 6 months and it is around $50 for three filters.

Anyone have any recommendations for a filtration system? I used to have one in my older home but need to buy/install one for my new home.

I've been using one of these for 5 years. We like it and just bought a new set of filters for it. We had to replace the storage tank also. We are thinking of buying one for my parents unless someone else has a better suggestion. https://www.amazon.com/iSpring-Ca...ref=plSrch
