I have this board and love it. One of the cleanest looking AM4 boards with plenty of connectors available. This is a great price for it too. I would recommend looking at the X470 version if you're getting Zen 2 though, this board will work but the newer boards are better suited for the new gen ryzen chips.

This board has mixed reviews, but I own it and like it. Good bios and excellent wifi.

I've had good luck with ASRock. Don't need the AC but it sure is cheap!

How does everyone feel about this price and the board? I'm building a PC for Black Friday...can I expect a better deal on a better board? I'm hoping to build a mid range system (Ryzen 7, RX 580, etc) for around $800.

I saw it for $70 about 2 months back. If you keep on checking this, it will be lower.

I'd like to do a similar Build myself unless Intel prices take a drop but that's doubtful

Personally I'd hold out for a 4 series even if it was a B450, assuming you're going to do a 2XXX series Ryzen so you don't have to worry about BIOS upgrades, but even if you're not the free StoreMI support is pretty nice. I ended up picking up the B450 K4 ASROCK, pretty similar feature set, little less fluff, though actually more money even though its the lower end enthusiast board by chipset at least. I'd expect B450 boards to come down if stock of X370s stock stays available. I'm running a M.2 240gb fused with a 500 gb SATA III drive so I have a 4000/1500 MB/s 700 GB drive basically. The storemi software by itself would make the board more expensive than any B450 board out there.

This one doesn't have the best reviews as someone else mentioned. I think the ASRock Fatal1ty X370 GAMING X AM4 AMD Promontory X370 is better received and still a decent deal for $103.99 + $10 gift card. I'm also looking to build a new system off some Black Friday sales.

Can anyone recommend a good / quiet cooling system that won't break the bank?
