I can't believe you forgot the $5000 flight credit that you get. That's like getting up to an hour to fly for free!

Also, just FYI, it's $8500/yr for membership after the first year if you choose to remain in the program.

[Edit - the $5k may only be for the black Friday sale...I'm too lazy to look it up right now]

Dear sir,

It appears your title has an error. For if I were to purchase this membership and suffer the indignity of flying in a propeller aircraft (King Air 350i) when I was promised a luxurious jet, you would hear from my team of lawyers posthaste!

Good day to you!

From 2017, the cost per hour of getting on the King Air is $4,295 per hour and the Citation Excel/XLS is $7,295 per hour.

Let's see. Traditional travel: minimum 1 week pre-planning, low to high airfare based on when I booked, 3 hr airport arrival time, dealing with the masses, baggage checkings, TSA wait time, draconian boarding procedures, meager on-board services. Private air membership: $16K to avoid the above. Hmmm? Being that I'm on SD all the time for savings on tech and toilette paper, I'll just stick with traditional travel for now. The price point needs to be a bit better for me to bite.

Actually not a bad price considering the price of maintenance, insurance, and fuel. The last tire I changed all of the tires on my plane it was around $ 2,200.00 including installation. Plus when you add in $ 5.90 per gallon fuel and six – seven miles per gallon your up front flight credit is a pretty sweet deal. Just sayin…

There is uber for planes as well. Beacon, Jump Jet, Victor, Private Fly….

Can anyone confirm the King Air is $4k/hr? If you are able to fill the 8 seats than this is really not a bad deal, especially if you own a business.

So you pay $16,000 a year to be a part of a club that charges you $4,200 per hour to use their services?

Aside from the costco cash card, what am I missing here?
