Costco has the CyberPower 1400VA/900w True Sine Wave UPS Uninterruptible Power Supply for $149.99 with free shipping.

This is most likely the same CP1500PFCLCD but with the warehouse branding. Which currently sells for $200 on all other websites.

Saw the price drop today, but with BF coming up, I'm hoping for a CP1500PFCLCD for $120 or so. The good news is that this will be my fall-back option in case there isn't a BF deal, since the sale lasts until 11/25.

This is a fantastic UPS. When I hook my box fan up to my other UPSs (Belkin, APS, etc.), the motor buzzes. When I hook it up to this one, it's whisper-quiet.

How long would the UPS battery last for people that connect one gaming desktop and one laptop to it and power failure may happen only once a year?
5 years? 10 year? etc
Trying to see when to buy a replacement unit.

Actually it is not. Somewhat different as it is only 1400 VA instead of 1500VA. Also seems to have slightly shorter battery run times and a few other minor differences.

Is "True" sine wave the same as "Pure" sine wave?

Edit: I googled it and it appears to be the same.

CP1500PFCLCD is an excellent UPS. Look for sub-$150 pricing during the holiday sales.

Typically 2-3 years. The lead-acid batteries in these things die, even if you don't use them.

Yup. It puts out power like what you would get out of the outlets in your home. Cheaper ones have a "modified sine" which is a fancy way of saying something kinda like a stepped curve that a lot of power supplies (in computers, network devices, etc.) don't like.

Just picked this up prior to the sale. I'll be calling Costco for a price match. Thanks!

This is TRUE sinusoidal wave. This works with Active PFC PSU's (80+ Gold PSU's usually, more expensive).... Unlike the CyberPower units sold at Costco B&M, which do not work (at least in my case) with some new higher efficiency PSU's.
