With the myriad of kids toys and gadgets we have we're going with disposable batteries. That said, we do have some rechargeable AAA batteries but they're in permanent items that won't get lost or put in the donation pile by accident.
Guess they never heard of Thomas the Train/PJ Masks/Paw Patrol?

Bought these some times ago. They are not crap but not outstanding, what you would expect from cheap batteries like Insignia or Rayovac.

I learned many valuable lessons tossing gadgets ruined by cheap battery acid in the garbage. I'll stick with the big brands going forward.

I've had more items ruined by Duracells than anything else.

Ever since Duracell was sold off by P&G to Berkshire Hathaway in 2014, all I've ever heard about them is they leak. A lot.

Yeah production moved to China so the quality control of the batteries took a big toll. I only stick with Energizer and Amazon Basics now

They didn't call me or anything, just cancelled.

Ordered from the HD by work, that order is clear and ready for pickup tomorrow!

I stopped buying Costco batteries, too many leaked in devices once they ran down, which happens in the kid's toys all the time. I've had less problems with Energizer and RayoVac.
