Yeah but it looks like they are very slowly going down in price.

Which is a better RAM for a Ryzen 5 2600? The DDR4 3000 has a lower latency/timings than the DDR4 3200.

Think this is a deal to jump on or should I continue to wait for Black Friday/Cyber Monday as I am currently set out for?

I just don't buy that...I was looking at ram several years ago and prices were high then too. At the time they were blaming it on a fire in a Chinese factory.

I agree with this. I'm having trouble seeing the prices drop to sub $100 for a 16GB stick. Maybe I've always had the misfortune of building computers when RAM prices are high, but 16GB for $120 doesn't seem that bad for me. To be fair the price on this has fallen from $150 --> $120 on this in the past month...

To the should I buy now question. Do you need it now? Is it worth $20 ($40 for 32GB) for you to not get it now, but wait until the end of November hoping it drops some more? I highly doubt we are going to see this drop sub $100 by Black Friday.

that usually means they are pretty much the same stick since you can raise timings and raise speed on most sticks. That said, this is not b-die so I would wait.

I would go with the higher speed, then take in consideration the CAS latency. Between the two, I would buy the 3200.

$120 for 16 gigs isn't even bad tbh. I remember buying 8 gigs of ddr3 for $75 like 5 years ago lol.

Could be worse, I paid about $175 for similar ram less than a year ago.

Apparently comments telling the truth saying RAM is still overpriced and prices will continue to fall are dislike magnets.
Yeah, people are weird.
