Dang, now being charged tax at Newegg. Guess there is nowhere that isn't charging tax online anymore.

Not really. SCOTUS ruled online retailers can be compelled to collect sales tax in all states even without a store being located in that particular state. Most of your major retailers are getting their sites setup to be compliant with this. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/06/21/us/politics/supreme-court-sales-taxes-internet-merchants.html

Yeah, I have been reading about that but didn't realize Newegg had already started. I knew B&H started today. I'm sure Ebay will follow. It's just harder and harder these days to find good deals and now we have to pay taxes on top of that. But...whatcha gonna do? ha

If you install this look out for the "active protection" it installs as well. It put my CPU usage to 100% all the time and murdered my laptop battery. Fans instantly running at 100%. There was no easy way to disable it, even in the program or the startup menu in the task manager. I had to go into services.msc to finally disable it. It was a major headache to fix.

I have owned both and IMO Macrium is the better more flexible product. Acronis failed me when I needed it most. Macrium has not.

thank you. Yeah, the issue I have with Acronis is that it seems to have limited activations... which is a problem if you seem to need to reformat often, as I have had to do
