Load $10 digital coupon, expire 11/20. Here's the link for Fred Meyer that also works at QFC:
https://www.fredmeyer.com/c/save-...0000010126

I chose the Happy Guy gift card, which includes Home Depot. Went to QFC, loaded $50 onto the card, entered the Rewards phone #, paid $40 after the $10 digital coupon. Use self-checkout if you want to pay for it using a Kroger gift card, the system will let you. I even got a coupon spit out at the register, good for $10 off my next grocery purchase, expires 2 weeks later (11/17 if bought today), courtesy of Happy Gift Cards. So essentially $30 for $50 Home Depot gift card for me. '

Drove immediately to Home Depot and bought a $50 Home Depot GC, paid using the Happy Gift Card, select credit, no problem at all (scanned as a Visa). So easily converted to the store gift card if you don't want to keep track of these Happy GC.

Happy Guy GC: Home Depot, Buffalo Wild Wings, Burger King, McCormick & Schmicks, Dell, Lord & Taylor, AutoZone

Happy Kid GC: Regal Cinema, Buy buy baby, Jamba Juice, Rainforest Cafe, Gymboree

Happy Teen GC: Regal Cinema, Sephora, Barnes & noble, American Eagle, Jamba Juice, Nike, Dave & Busters

Happy Lady GC: Cheesecake Factory, Saks 5th Ave, Panera Bread, Sephora, Spafinder, Bed bath & beyond, Lord & Taylor

The picture in the Fredmeyer link above also shows Happy Eat, Happy dining, and Happy bites but I did not see those at Fredmeyer/QFC. I took a picture of the ones I saw and added them to Wiki below.

OP here. I just went to Fred Meyer to do this for a relative's Reward card that had also loaded the $10 digital coupon. It gave the $10 digital coupon discount but I did not see the $10 grocery coupon get spit out (supposed to be before you pay). I was at self-checkout and had the cashier void the transaction to start over again.

Went to a different self-checkout scanner, the $10 digital coupon discount still applied so total is $40, and this time the $10 grocery coupon did get spit out before I paid. So YMMV whether you get the extra $10 grocery coupon spit out or not.

SIDE NOTE: I took the $10 grocery coupon it spit out and gave it to the self-checkout attendant to scan, just to see if it would take another $10 off my purchase. It gave the error, "Minimum sale not met," which I totally expected since GC purchases are usually from these types of coupons, but to my surprise she hit Override to get it to apply anyway, without my asking. So I really just paid $30 for the $50 Happy gift card, but just got really lucky with that attendant.

No such coupon available in my Kroger Account. Used the coupon link to Fred Meyer in the OP, it seems to accept my Kroger credentials but still no luck: "Uh-ho… we're having some technical issues and can't display the coupon. We're working to fix this, so please try again soon! In the meantime, you can browse our other digital coupons here." .

Sorry everyone is having trouble loading the coupon, looks like it might be regional. I guess great deal if you can get it, I'm on the west coast.

did not work for "Happy Her" gift card at QFC a few minutes ago. Had the coupon on my account, still is. No $10 off or $10 coupon, had to void transaction. Tried at self check

Probably should have looked at the picture first. The QFC coupon shows Happy teen, lady, guy, dining, bites

Yep, I got the discount at both area Fred Meyer and QFC. I only bought Happy Guy gc to convert to Home Depot, didn't try the others. Good luck!

Yes I got the $10 digital coupon discount that I loaded onto the Rewards card. Then at the end of the transaction at the self-checkout, the $10 grocery coupon (actually says "Save $10 on your next shopping order") spit out of the little machine. So I effectively paid $30 for the $50 Happy Guy gc.

I live in a Kroger and Owen's store area and logged in with my normal credentials. I got the error others received but I was then able to choose the Digital Coupons link, and add this coupon among several others not available on my Kroger app with no problem. I checked my Kroger app afterwards and the coupon is showing as loaded on my coupon list. Just thought I would mention in case this "work around" works for others as well.

I have not been to the store to validate it works but I've never had a problem with the cashier overriding the system and manually giving me any coupon that doesn't automatically deduct when I show them the coupon on my phone app.

Yeah I got both as well. At first I got the coupon and groaned that it was a "future" shopping trip, until I looked at the screen and noticed I got $10 off as well.

And on top of all that, I got 4x fuel points, which is about $7 in gas for me. So... $40 for a $50 gift card, $10 off a future trip, and $7 in free gas. Applause
