"Upon approval of your Amazon Business American Express Card or Amazon Business Prime American Express Card application, Amazon will load an Amazon.com Gift Card into the Amazon account from which you applied or, if upon approval, you receive a link provided by Amazon on the application approval page to create a new Amazon Business account and you use the link to create the new account within 30 minutes of receiving the link, Amazon will load the Amazon.com Gift Card into the new Amazon Business account instead. Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Amazon.com Gift Cards are issued by ACI Gift Cards, Inc., a Washington Company. See www.amazon.com/gc-legal for complete terms and conditions."
Not sure whether this actually requires an Amazon Business account. If you don't have one, it will link you to create one but the wording around "Amazon will load an Amazon.com Gift Card into the Amazon account from which you applied" (doesn't say it needs to be a Amazon Business account) or "Amazon will load the Amazon.com Gift Card into the new Amazon Business account instead" doesn't really make that absolutely clear. I did apply from my Amazon Business account so don't know how it works otherwise.

Approval is instant online and email with the gift card followed within a minute.

No annual fee. Full offer and other terms here:

Thanks. Wasn't sure how/whether it would work with a regular account.

The $125 Amazon card was a nice little bonus. It will be my 13/14 amex login and 1st business card with amex. I'm hoping I get some nice amex offers that my 12 regular accounts always seem to miss out on.

I don't have Prime, an Amazon business account or a business for that matter but just got approved and the $100 is in my balance. Nice.

Are you sure? Aren't all new credit card applications a hard pull?
