720p is hard to recognize faces
even after you zoom into them
this is why so many are on sale.

Wyze v2 is so far ahead of these. Their app just got updated and it's excellent. And wyze warranty is top notch, zero bullshit, and everyone communicates clearly, in English

Decent camera for the $$$.

Not for outdoors though, not weather proof - records to an SD card you must supply and the slot is exposed.

Anyone have experience with these? Does it support IFTTT? Seeing conflicting reports between the use of two different dLink apps. Hoping to use these as a baby monitor.

Tempted to replace my amcrest ip camera (which I use as a baby monitor) with this so I can access it from my GH Hub. How is the night vision on this thing?

I do. Not sure what you'd do with IFTTT. The Dlink App / Site has a Push feature via email for detected activity.

I don't think I trust either Dlink or IFTTT for baby monitoring - too long of delay for pushes for child care IMHO.

Yes - but you will want to assign fixed IP address on your network.

If you are looking for decent cameras in this price range why not just go with the wyze v2?

Night vision is pretty decent. I used to have one set up in my garage (0 light) and could easily make out everything. Now I have it set up in the inside front window to watch the porch during the daytime (deliveries). Of course it is useless at night because of reflection off the glass.

I have my camera's all using ispy which support FTP and alerts.
