is the Costco offer a better deal for $50 more (plus shipping)? Costco offers 16gb ram and a 1TB hard drive to go along with the 256GB

Looks like Walmart's version might have a better screen?

I think 16gb is what you should get for this type of pc. Also cpu speed is not that powerful in my opinion. 3.2ghz is the least you should get

Which one has 144mhz refresh rate screen? It seems like $1099 model has it but I can't confirm on the spec sheet

EDIT: NVM, it seems like they're all 144mhz

Anyone know if this is 1x8GB or 2x4GB for the RAM? If 1x8GB this is a good deal as you can get another 8GB for not too much more.
