Thanks, I see, so SATA 2 was slower than USB 3.

I'm thinking of using my old 240 GB SSD as an XBox S external drive, maybe that'd be a speed boost.
Red Dead 2 would eat that 240GB as a snack!

Usb is soldered to the drive if I remember.
Correct me if I'm wrong but this is a bad feature of WD drive because during read/write if your computer freezes or crashes it will damage the drive as opposed to the Seagate. I've had many instances of this happened to me and now I only use Seagate portable HDs.

Is this online only? Wish I could use the $5 certificate that's only good in-store..
Just bought one in store. Asked to price match since it was showing regular price on the wall but it wasn't necessary because it rang up with the same price. Used Chase pay to save another 5%, that's why I opted to go to store since you can't use Chase pay online with best buy, at least I didn't see the option.

I don't mean to be snarky, 5% is nothing if you factor your gas, insurance, time and safety!

If bestbuy is just around the corner then so be it.

107 GB install wow. I don't plan to buy the game though, it looks beautiful but couldn't really get into the first one. Gonna get Fallout 76 and the new Metro.

I always forget about that but anyway I used a gift card to buy and it's not the same product either so I'm out of luck.
