I have these and the T-mobile Samsung Note 8. There is a problem with outgoing calls due to it being "HD calling". The volume of the outgoing calls is really quiet and cant be changed unless you take off 4GLTE. The quality of music is great. I use these when I run and they dont pop out while running. I would recommend them if it weren't for the outgoing calls being so quiet. However, the price you cant beat. I paid 100 bucks for these.

I use my headset all day at work, so it's typically a full charge. I get your point, but 120 charges seems pretty low.
Yeah, I'm my opinion anything with that short of a battery lifespan should either have a replaceable battery or be cheap enough to not matter.

I've been using Jaybird for years (started with the Jaybird Freedom) and their warrenty has been top notch! I've sent them back for the inability to hold a charge, stopped working (twice), and everytime they have given me a brand new pair. And in one case upgraded me to a better model because mine was so old they no longer carried it.

This is a great deal, and if I didn't currently have 2 pairs I would buy asap!
It's like your me but not me. Same thing here. But the longevity is still questionable.

I would avoid this headset due to a proprietary charging system. They should have gone with USB

Crazy to see people with so many issues. I had the x2 and only reason they stopped working was because they got run over. I had them over a year. I now have the x3 and have had them over 6 months. No issues so far. May pick up a back up pair at this price.
Same here. These are awesome. Had them for what feels like a year and they are still going strong.

I see a lot of battery issues with X4. People saying it drastically lowers after a month use.
Oh no! That is disappointing.

If these are anything like the freedoms, I will pass. I used mine explicitly in the gym for convenience. Due to the control unit being off center, it would cause weight issues on one side when wearing over the ear.

Also, they would regularly come loose after a few uses. Battery also lasted 4 hours and required to be charged using a replacement battery.

Good in concept and design, bad execution. Audio quality was also really good when they worked.

Since I didn't want a cord trailing on my neck, I went with a pair of JBL Endurance series for myself. A little bulkier on the ears, but no other problems.

Buy the best buy insurance. I wore mine every day for a year and only the earbuds started wearing down(headphones were great). I cashed in the BB insurance for a brand new pair of headphones, new earbuds included. I then renewed the insurance for like 8 bucks for another 2 years.

Also..the dongle....just be an adult and don't lose your stuff.

Those are amazing, I used them at the gym, sound is amazing and has his own app to improve the quality, totally worth it, BUT if you are planning on make phone calls while in the gym or any other kinda noisy place, those aren't for you, the microphone it's sooo sensitive and you will catch every single sound and noise around you other than that I really enjoyed them, I change them for the bose soundsport but I miss my jaybirds.

Someone mentioned earlier that target has these on clearance for $35.

Here's a brickseek link for anyone who wants to try their luck.

I got a pair of these to use at the gym and I'm not crazy about them. They sound great but when the cable is shortened using clips that came with the headphones, it greatly diminishes the effective range of the headphones to the point that it cuts in and out if it's further than ~3 feet from my phone. I own a pair of x2s and it kind of feels like a downgrade. The only real positive is the app makes the headphones sound great.

At 35 bucks I'd say it's a good buy, but at 60 I'm not as confident.

I own these, and I hate them.

I got the OG X1 earbuds for a similar price as these a couple years ago. They stopped working after about a year. Wouldn't turn on. Wouldn't charge. Nothing.

Luckily, they had a lifetime warranty, so Jaybird sent me a pair of X2s. Those stopped working after about 8 months. Same story as the X1.

Again, lifetime warranty. They send me a pair of X3s. After one month, they refuse to hold a charge and the battery consistently died overnight while powered off. They were basically useless unless I charged them before every use.

Lifetime warranty! Except this time, Jaybird says I've used the warranty too much, so no more replacements after this. They send me another pair of X3s. While these don't die overnight, the battery life has never been anywhere near what's advertised. I get maybe 3hrs on a full charge.

The sound is good when using the equalizers in the Jaybird Android app, but reception SUUUUCKS when using them outdoors, and they constantly cut out (Jaybird claims that all Bluetooth 4.0 devices only work within 2ft of your phone when used outdoors, so an armband is a necessity). Also, they have a stupid proprietary charger, which is always fun.

I actually prefer my cheap $20 TT-BH024 Taotronic earbuds over these. They have better Bluetooth reception (they've never cut out on me, even outdoors), only slightly worse sound, MUCH better battery life, and have survived about a year so far with no problems. They also stay on my ears better, and I don't need aftermarket memory foam eartips just to keep them from falling out every 3 seconds.

I've gone through two pairs. Both the original pair and the replacement pair they sent out died within 6 months due to charging/battery issues. As much as I liked them while they worked, they're not worth it when they only last a few months.
